How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We typically arrange items 2 days before the reservation date, especially for the weekend. However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We often can!
Do you require a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit starting at $50 is required. After the items are returned and it is deemed acceptable, we will refund the deposit.

If we deem it necessary, at any other time, we reserve the right to require a deposit.
Do you offer delivery for party rentals?
Yes, we do. Delivery starts at $80 for the first 10 miles and then $8/mile beyond that distance.
 
When is final payment due?

Payment is required when you pick up your order or before delivery.

What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your plans. We will reschedule for a more convenient time at no additional fee, any refund will be minus 20%.
What is included with the event space rental?

The base price for the hall rental includes tables and chairs. Your price includes 2 hours before the event for set up and 30 min after the event for clean up. We have packages that include everything you will need to make your party great i.e. chair covers, linens, flatware, plates and set up if needed. What steps are needed to rent the event halls?
You would need to come into the hall to sign the contract and place a deposit to secure your date. The deposit is the first hour of your rental and final payment is due 2 weeks before your event.
How far ahead can I book the event space for my event?
We recommend booking your event as soon as you confirm your date needed.

Dates go quickly and we usually have events scheduled into the following year.
